jujumarino Hey I’m trying to get a hold of the UPS girl that mailed the light fixture back to you the finials were in the box they were separate. They were under all the packaging I may be in the packaging I’m waiting on her to call me now to check to see what they were in the box we had to take them off because it wouldn’t fit in the box so please check the box

jujumarino OK she double packed it so it would’ve been in the bottom box not the one that the light was in so you should have two boxes it’s in the bottom box

ursulawhy I double and triplechecked everything in the box. I took out all the packaging, but didn't find them.There was no box in the bottom of the box. Maybe that box is still lying around the area where the fixture was boxed?

ursulawhy Please let me know if the box with the finials was found since it never arrived on my end. Such a shame. We mounted the light fixture only to discover that the finials were missing...
