candyland1972 @nessyposh Was there a concern with the cleanliness of your order? What was the issue?

candyland1972 I don't understand why it wasn't pristine. I don't open the palettes to inspect them because I want to be able to preserve their integrity and to be able to truthfully say that they are new and unopened. No doubt it came from the manufacturer that way. I'm sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your order.

nessyposh @candyland1972 Ugh. I just tried to respond, but I went over the limit of characters. Kept deleting and deleting, got frustrated and cancelled.

nessyposh @candyland1972 Ok, I’ll try this again (🤦🏻‍♀️ just used up more characters) I realize there’s nothing you could’ve done, nor any way you could’ve known. Not only were there a lot of marks (ESP in the corners on the top and bottom of the part you lift up) but it looked like someone dabbed their finger on the top and bottom of one of the shimmer shadows! 😱

nessyposh @candyland1972 (splitting up comments now 😉) I realize these things seems impossible, and honestly are a mystery to me, since it was obviously never opened and totally taped up like it comes originally from the store. If you don’t mind me asking- how do you have so many to sell? Are you a wholesaler?

nessyposh @candyland1972 JW cuz, although “retired” I’ve been licensed and working as a makeup artist since the 90s. I still have some connections, and thinking about giving the UD rep in my area a call...it’s SO strange to me.

candyland1972 @nessyposh I suppose it could have gotten damaged in shipping from the manufacturer, although I've had no complaints from other customers who've received palettes from that same carton. I wish you could post pictures; I've sold many palettes and have never encountered this problem. You can check my feedback and see that I've never had less than a 5-star rating. Maybe I should start opening them to check them before shipping.

laxmorrisshop Hi Nessa! Can you please explain authentic? Chanel doesn’t sell umbrellas they are given as complimentary gifts so authentic probably wouldn’t be the right word but if that’s what u r looking for this isn’t it

I was trying to see if it was a knock off, but asking in a polite way. 🙂 Thank you. It’s SO cute! Chanel’s website does currently have one umbrella, but not nearly as cute as yours.
