myclosetstylist @vanessabrooks0 So, it's Hard to help you when reach out to me & then you don't respond. I would contact both the seller you bought from & poshmark to let them know there is a delivery/tracking issue..

vanessabrooks0 @myclosetstylist I'm sorry I'm just now learning the layout of this app and how everything work if I had a tracking number I would have been able to track this package of shoes and it already said that it done had been delivered and I never received it and it's all family right here that you know immediate address is where I live at so I know it wasn't one of the houses near me either so I'm sorry and I appreciate your help

vanessabrooks0 @myclosetstylist I did try to reach out to the seller but they didn't respond at all and it's supposedly it was delivered yesterday I was just not getting the message and I hope it works out for me too some reason I just don't think it will though right good guys always finish last

myclosetstylist @vanessabrooks0 I’m sorry you didn’t get help there! But nice guys don’t finish last on Poshmark. So you should go into your purchases and from there you can report a problem under that order that you have not received it. There should be a pull down menu under problem with order. .

myclosetstylist @vanessabrooks0 If the package was lost I would email again. They have insurance for that. Did the seller ever get back to you? The seller could have also emailed Posh in your behalf. Ugh. Definitely contact posh again. Sorry, I hope that wasn’t your first or only purchase on the site?!

brittanyluvzink I never recorded any notification from poshmark that some one had bought the rose gold Nike’s or ever recorded any payment, I just happened to put the app on my new phone and saw your messages!! Let me know what I can do to help. I apologize for anything on my behalf but I have never had any issues before shipping out items, etc
