1stolive I am a Top Rated seller on Ebay with just 4 shy of 4,000 feedback - 100% positive! I've been selling online a long time and do the right thing for my buyers, especially when I made an error. I probably looked at the size quickly with my contacts in! LOL... old eyes, read better without contacts. But I sure can't even think about driving without them.

1stolive I heard back and It's not good news. There is nothing else I can do, apparently once you release the funds, Poshmark won't do anything for me. However, they will respond to you. Weird... Here is what they said

pinktiger2 @1stolive I guess I've gone through all the channels I can. They gave me 25 'posh' dollars, but no way to return the shoes erg. I wish this could be taken care of privately between us. I just have nothing to do with these shoes!

1stolive @pinktiger2 I agree. Especially in a situation like this, where you were not home to receive the package within 3 days. I have to follow Posh rules. Do you know you can transfer that $25 to your checking account associated with Posh? Unfortunately that is the best we can do in this situation.

1stolive Hi! I just got back to PC... I've only done it once and wanted to be sure I tell you correctly. Click on the down arrow (upper right next to your icon) Then click on My Purchases . In the left column under Order Activity, click My Balance. Then click the blue button that says Redeem your balance here and follow the instructions.

1stolive I've only done it once so far. I'm very new to Posh, but not to online selling. This mess would have been fixed long ago on the other venues I use. Sorry once again for my error.

pinktiger2 @1stolive Apparently I only have credit. It's not listed in the redeemable section. Oh well-at least it's something. I know the return issue wasn't your fault. I'll stick with brands I'm totally sure of in the future, and you read with your contacts out-it'll all work out OK. Thank you.

tiffurnys Hey, I just received mesgs on a few items that have previously or recently been shipped out... it says delivery is longer than expected. I can only imagine this is from Covid precautions. As my packages have been taking 5+ days to be received. Just wanted to inform you! I am unable to upload a screenshot to show the mesg. ughh!
