veeaar25 @kusuma_pereddi hey Kususm, when you have a confirmed order you need to download shipping label. try to create the shipping label once your order is ready and packed as pick can happen anytime. make sure shipping label is outside the package as it's scanned by the pickup agent.

veeaar25 once shipping label downloaded, printed, order packed, wait for the agent and then once it has been picked. tracking will be available in your order section. hope this helps.
