1651shan @versull hey there thanks so much for buying my Rudsak boots ..im headed to town in the a.m and will ship them off xx ..you should have seen me trying to get them into a box lol😆 these are Substantial boots haha! once they arrive, just fill them with paper to straighten them back up & fold the fur over or the fur can be tucked inside for a different look❤-thats how they had been kept so should be good

I was a bit surprised when I got a notification from Poshmark informing me they sent you a reminder to ship. It must be a glitch in the system.Once in a while it takes the post office a few days to ship it out, but I will certainly keep you posted.

versull @goldenboy5150 I contacted Poshmark support and told them I received the order but it won't let me accept it until it shows it shipped. I gave them the order number and told them I want to make sure the seller gets paid. I cannot see anything that allows me to mark it as delivered. I am sure as soon as they get my message, they will resolve it and they are pretty expedient in responding to their messages.

versull @goldenboy5150 That's great, thanks. As soon as they get back to me, I will let you know right away. When I get orders, I go to the computer within five minutes of receiving it and I press accept and rate the item. So today, I was doing that and the pending shipping scan showed and I clicked on it and it stated as soon as the item shows it shipped, you can accept, so I messaged Poshmark support and notified them and asked what they can do to help, and they are great at resolving issues.

She needs to know the tracking number on the shipping label from Poshmark.She says if you don't use the system generated label, you will experience this problem in the future. So, if we are able to give Poshmark the tracking number, that will help them resolve the issue.

I don't have the receipt from the post office anymore, but it should have not because like I mentioned I printed out the Poshmark shipping label at the post office and they applied it directly oh, I guess we will continue to wait and see
