colormebold I’m sorry you weren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase! I had some things come up the past couple weeks and havent been shipping as quick! As far as the stone being loose that is pretty common with those rings! They dont put the frame super tight because it can damage the stone! If you want to tighten it its actually pretty easy if you have a pair of needlenose pliers you can squeeze the prongs down a bit!
