jj_bossypants @rosiesstock Hi. Just wanted to touch base with you about the items you sold me, and offer you some advice. I accepted the delivery without being home so you could be paid. When I finally opened the parcel I was disappointed. The items were in good shape, but were not New With Tags as you indicated. (Continued….)

jj_bossypants @rosiesstock The tags (and smell of the clothing) were clearly from a second hand store, and the fact that you included pics of the plastic piece but not the actual tag was deceiving. It was too late to return the items but I think it’s important for you to know that if you are going to include “NWT” they should actually be new. If you want to look at my “purchased” items and see the latest item I bought which was actually NWT, you will see what is expected. Thanks.

rosiesstock @shop_my_closet4 hi, I do appreciate your feedback. I do want to clarify that the items were not purchased from a second hand store. They were purchased from a woman (I know her) who owned a luxury clothing store in etobicoke in the 80's. She closed her shop in 1990.

rosiesstock the items were stored in a trunk with all the new items that she didn't sell. The tags that were on the garments (I assume) were from her shop. I feel badly as this was not my intention. Thank you again for your feedback.

rosiesstock @kellyhawker8 hi kelly...I just confirmed that your address didn't change after you made the changes. you can email me your new address and I will see if I can change it at the post office by writing it in place of your old address. I will need to confirm that I can do that. sorry for my ignorance but I've never had this come up.

rosiesstock @kellyhawker8 they said they cannot change it. the tracking number is attached to your old address. if I were to write it in it would get lost they said. but if you had your mail forwarded to thornhill from North York then it will get to you. it may take longer but you will get it.
