kamie9487 @toriann61 no you don't have to pay shipping. you do need to however go ahead and reach out to postmark as I think they only give you 3 days to accept and rate the item or ask for a refund. after that they automatically do it for you. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience

toriann61 @kamie9487 I tried to address this while I'm away but they require a photo, which I do not have. Also, for some reason the camera isnt working. Hopefully I can fix this when I get home tomorrow. Otherwise, I'm not sure what to do

kamie9487 @toriann61 if for some reason they won't give you a refund when you get back you can mark return to sender on package and I can apply what you paid to another item either here or on M E R C A R I. Hopefully they will understand. I would go ahead and reach out to support and let them know the situation.

toriann61 @kamie9487 I'm probably going to have to"return to sender" as I can't do what they suggested, received wrong item, because it requires a photo which I am unable to load. Therefore, I cannot submit! This is getting frustrating 😕

toriann61 @kamie9487 I totally understand mistakes happen. I mostly find it frustrating that I have to upload a picture in order to submit, which is a Poshmark issue imo. I did "return to sender." Hopefully I get a refund from somewhere 🙂

toriann61 @kamie9487 I tried to go through without involving Poshmark but couldn't upload a picture (which is futile anyway. Not sure why they need a picture) They sent me an email and wanted me to attach a picture so I attached one of the package as I told them I'm not opening it 🤷🏼‍♀️ A little bizarre. I also told them I do not have any issues with you. (it's clearly their problem) Hopefully it will get resolved

toriann61 @kamie9487 So now they want me to open it and send a picture so they can send me a label. Too late as I already sent it "return to sender." I guess I'm out 20.00. That whole 72 hour window for issues is an issue in itself if someone is away. Oh well...live and learn

kamie9487 @toriann61 I have had to have another person return to sender and they did not have to pay anything. That is weird. So they issued you a refund but did not send you a return label? I would say just keep the item but the buyer who it was suppose to go to really wants it. if it is definitely going to cost you $4.95 and they didn't send you a shipping label you can just keep it.

I am so sorry one purchase has been such a Hassel. I do try my best to leave my customers satisfied. if you have already paid to send back I want to offer you $19 off any purchase. Again.
