Hi there ,
I do apologize, but we just realized this bag was sold . We have had snow and bad weather here. Had a power outage the entire weekend. We will hopefully send your package out by tomorrow if the post office is open . Tomorrow is a holiday which they may be closed. If so it will go out on Tuesday. Thank you kindly for your purchase.

I notice the tracking of your package still says In transit. I mailed out other packages the same day that I mail yours and the others have received their ‘s and given their 5star Ratings. Keep an eye on your tracking and hopefully you receive it today.
