@asselstine25 miss or mister: your bag has a loop that was torn-to be precise the leather was torn-the stitches connecting that loop the the body was still good, but hey the loop’s leather was torn and it is a big safety feature of any bag, don’t you think that should be something a buyer should know? Or could it be that seller overlooked and underestimated like one considers something an issue may be nothing to others? FYI, I’m not a guy just because I bought a men bag.

@asselstine25 Also to other folks who may read this: I took my damaged loop to a cobbler before the strap ever broke especially while walking around with a laptop and whoknowswhat. It was replaced-cut out and sewed for $10 give or take. So gauge your damaged leather goods before you decide to return because Posh mark loves to deny your returns/if they’re lucky, they take another 20% if you reposh here
