Hi Anna, I'm sorry I haven't noticed your messages earlier. I was looking for ways to get in touch with you this time and came across with your notes. There seems to be a major USPS issue with the package. I was very much expecting it last Saturday, kept checking the tracking and kept an eye on it all day. The delivery time however dropped to later and later once the displayed tracking time slot has passed. I was checking my mailbox as late as 9:30PM but nothing.

There was no delivery attempt or update of status. Until next morning. That's when they came up with the nonsense that there was a delivery attempt at 7:32PM, two minutes after the latest delivery time on a Saturday. Since the note says they deliver the next business day, I was expecting in on Monday but nothing. I went to the post office on Tuesday to collect is / ask about it. I was told it's out for delivery today. It wasn't.

I submitted a request on USPS website on Wednesday about the missing package, that they suppose to respond within a business day. They never responded. This is where I am at. No idea what happened to the package!

@vglengyel That’s so strange! I’ve been keeping an eye on the tab on my end, and I saw that it said that ab the delivery failure. I hope it all gets straightened out for you, especially since it’s taking this long! I know the mailing system is completely messed up right now

@anna81___ I had another trip to the post office this morning. They had a photo of the envelop in the system but still had no clue where the package was. The manager gave me his phone number to call him tomorrow, after searching all their delivery trucks tonight. After seeing the picture of the envelop, he randomly found it at the office at the end and delivered it to me personally this afternoon. Quite a journey! But it ended well!
