excelencia @fluffyvirginia 🧚‍♀️🌸 I sympathize! It took me a good while to figure it out. There are several keys to making it work and generating sales. The first is to share your items and share other people’s items, however many they share of your items and if someone follows you it’s good to share four of theirs if they have any. When you share, it goes to the Feed of your followers unless you share to a “party” and then it goes there.

The more people see your item, the more chances increase of likes, bundles, offers and sales! It’s also important to be active in searching for items you’re interested in, and if you find something you really like, “like” it. You may get a private offer on it

excelencia If you’re really interested in an item but the price is too high, a good rule of thumb is to check the bundle discount the seller offers. If you send an offer to them at that amount off, they might accept it. Be respectful since the buyer wont actually receive whatever the price is, Poshmark takes 20% commission.

excelencia Also don’t start super low and expect to meet in the middle - that’s considered lowballing and it offends many sellers. 5-20% off listing price is usually ok as a starting point and if your offer is too low, the seller will counter. It’s better to ignore the offer or unlike an item if you’re not interested in the offer. Don’t decline an offer unless you want to put a final end to someone persistently lowballing you. Declining blocks future offers on the item.
