jra815631 Good morning! I’m not sure why the package (jeans) stopped tracking on the 16th. I’ve contacted PM and yesterday I completed a “Find My Package Form” with USPS. Apologies for the inconvenience.

jra815631 Ok. So the Consumer Division at the USPS and the USPS Find My Package Representatives are all tracking the package. I spoke to someone at my local branch today and she reassured me that they “would shake this thing loose”. 😁 Hopefully they can locate the package soon.

jra815631 The post office received the package on the 12th and they still have not tracked it since the 16th. I was instructed by PM to respond to their follow-up email on the 26th, which I did today. PM will probably contact you soon with a resolution. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
