thandiepixie Hi there! I’m slightly confused. You stated that you love the shoes which makes me happy but then gave me a 4 star rating stating I could improve on description, packaging, responsiveness, ship time etc. Is this an error on your side, because these were shipped to you the day after your purchase, they were clean and packaged like I do with all my sales ( in this case with box and dust bag as well) and described accurately.
