Hi there the pandora bracelet that you post on regarding if it’s real you had a bad experience is fake ok dear.i know that for my cousin who works for years at pandora up to now.she told me personally that all the silver bracelet and necklace with clasp inside of the clasp Is never in silver .it would me like a charcoal gray color and the 925 ALE when you run your fingers on it you can feel the letters.

hope that helps.the same lady i ordered her heart pandora bracelet from I asked her couple questions then I told her to ship it in a specific day then send me a message and cancel my order.i had a feeling something was not right.then I showed the pics to my cousin then she gave me those tips.so I would have returned to her anyway after I receive it but I’m glad she cancelled it,

@mandy08131006 thanks I am aware of that but just like the people said at pandora people are.fettimf really good with the knockoffs these days. I have several pandora pieces but the games are really good these days. So when I purchase something if I am sure I take it to pandora which is 10 mins away and let them authenticate it before I release the money.
