Why would you write such a comment when it’s in no way true. I have never requested a refund nor attempted to return the item.I only stated the truth to you. It’s obvious you are the scammer because the item is in no way NWOT as advertised. I suggest you adjust your customer service… $18 isn’t worth all you are doing.. I am done with this drama
