Hi there, I just saw your eating and comment on the blue ribbon sandals. I am so sorry you were unhappy with the quality. Can I ask where the damage was? I did take a picture of the seam in the posting, but it didn’t seem that bad. They are still usable, correct? Again, I am so sorry about that and hope you can still enjoy them. @warnerb316 I shipped that wool coat out Monday (actually handled the package to the postal worker as they delivered our mail) but it still hasn't been scanned somehow and isn't showing tracking. Just wanted to let you know it's en route.
