@fairlygirly so once you sell something Poshmark sends the label via email to be printed correct?

Yep. When you sell something, you'll get a notification in the app that you made a sale and you'll get an email from Posh that will have a USPS Priority prepaid label attached, just print it out, tape it to a box, and send it off! You can even order Priority mail packaging from USPS for free if you want. Just don't use the flat rate boxes because there's a chance the PO will return it to you.
