apodaboo Will you please update rating of genuine retired Swarovski necklace you purchased from me if you’ve decided not to accept my offer to return it for full refund? I believe you made the assumption it was not genuine Swarovski due to unbranded new packaging. I conscientiously package previously owned jewelry in new unbranded wrappings to protect during shipping. Hundreds and hundreds of sales, you are the first complaint related to packaging.
