lilyannec Hi, you purchased the Clark wedges. You rated the purchase as 3 star... The shoes have only been worn a few times & you say there was heel damage? I’m sorry to hear because I honestly didn’t see any damage. If you send a pic or return the shoes that would be fine. Also you mentioned the packaging. I boxed the shoes individually wrapping each shoe so there wouldn’t be any damage or scuffing during shipping process. Any other information re: my rating would be appreciated. Thank you!

whitneylahann @lilyannec I would be glad to send you several pictures of the damage to the shoes. There are several steals where they are dented, missing leather and have rips.

whitneylahann @lilyannec the wrapping of each shoe in a Walmart sack was a poor choice and not considered packaging for a porous material item (leather and cork shoes). Not a soft bag. Most of my shoes come shipped in a shoe box with tissue paper.

lilyannec @whitneylahann my msg wasn’t meant to upset you. Only wanted to learn how to make the sale better. Honestly was selling the shoes for $7., should have kept the original box to mail them in. I don’t even shop at Walmart so I’m not sure where that bag came from. wrapped them individually in plastic bags. Thought it was better then tissue around them. As far as holes in the leather, I never saw them or dents In the heel. I thought pics depicted the shoe. Feel free to mail them back if unhappy.

whitneylahann @lilyannec they were wrapped in plastic sacks, similar to a Walmart sack. I believe the damage may have occurred due to the packaging but there are also no specific pictures provided in the listing of those areas on the heel top ridge. The reason I mentioned Danae and packaging is to help for your future purposes. The shoes were a great price so I have no need to return them. But it would be best to improve your shipping, especially for more expensive items.
