johxzavncxp @macadakar Sadly I have been trying to return it ,as much as I would have loved it I was disappointed that the bust area was 54 inches and the hip 44 as you know chicos 3 xl has a hip size as 45=46 it was too tight.I have been on with customer support 6 times and no real help because on my computer the part where you have a problem it freezes up when you try to submit.! I will be happy to return it you as your address is on the box. I am really sorry, I loved the print!!

macadakar @willobees I’m sorry to hear the top didn’t work for you. It’s very important to me that my customers are happy with their purchases. I have never had a return before, so unfortunately I do not know how to make that happen. I’m working today, but when I get home, I will look into it on my end. In the meantime, I hope you are able to get some assistance from Posh. 😊

johxzavncxp the only thing I know what to do is send it back with tracking # unfortunately the support I got was to tell me over and over to use the'problem page and I kept telling them it didn't work! I could not submit it wouldn't go through.

macadakar @willobees Hi... I’m not seeing anything on my end. If you just return the item without going through PoshMark, I will have no way of refunding your money, as everything goes through Posh (for your security and mine). I assume you have tried to file a refund/return?

johxzavncxp thisis so confusing how poshmark works!! yes Like I said I tried several times to do the refund bit but that page just kept freezing up and thats why I contacted support 6 times, I think you should do the same. this was my first purchase on PW I don;t like it at all.Idon't want to be out the money nor you to be out your top. /My'suppiort person was chelsea they have all the info.

macadakar @willobees Hi... I promise I haven’t forgotten about you. I have not heard back from POSH. I assume you haven’t gotten any info either? One thing you could do is reposh the top and sell it to another. It’s pretty easy to do, I think. It would copy all of my pics, you can keep the description, and set the price you want to at least get your money back.

johxzavncxp That's ok , I've given up ,I've learned a lesson , in my 70's I'll deal with it or donate it. not crazy about poshmark at all.It's not your fault. they have a sorry website and customer support..
