Hi Tamara, I have some unfortunate news re the J.Crew cashmere sweater you purchased from me. As I was packaging it up I noticed a very small hole at the top of the collar. I did not notice it when I purchased it from @katt_sass on Poshmark. I will cancel the order as I cannot sell you something that was not described properly. I’m am so sorry for this.

I’m sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I had freshly laundered the socks and had offered different photo angles. They were used as not marked NWT. I’m sad for the poor review as it lowers my posh rating and would have been more than willing to work out a refund.

@thecatsmeeoww I felt bad for you and edited the rating to 5 stars so you don’t lose your good rank. Unsolicited advice - (stope reading here if you don’t want it :) next time just mention the snags and bits of lint and hair on them so the buyer has realistic expectations

I assumed they would be ok, but should have taken a closer look. Unfortunately, that fabric probably holds on to lint. Hope you are able to get some use out of them. Take care <3
