Hi! I'm Yelana. I'm a new mom to a beautiful daughter. Selling pieces that no longer fit me, that I've neglected to love, or requires maintenance I can no longer spare. So sad to see some of these go but so happy they're finding new loving homes! Please note that all item comes from a smoke free, cat friendly home (everything is washed but may still have traces of fur, please be aware incase of allergy). Thanks for visiting!

For my pictures, would it be better if I included pictures where the clothes are actually being worn instead of just showing pictures of the clothes by itself??? Thanks in advance. And (: aloha!

nami001 @yelanascloset Hi Yelana, I think it comes down to preference. I use a mannequin, some people model and some don’t. Your cover shot is going to be the most important picture as it’ll make potential buyers want to click further. I prefer to lay my clothing out on a clean floor & style the cover shot with other things I’m selling. By doing this, it draws attention to other items you have for sale. I make the item I’m selling the focal point.

nami001 @yelanascloset but there have been lots of times when buyers have asked about the handbag or shoes in my cover shot when I’m actually selling a dress & have made sales that way. You have 8 slots for pictures so try to use all slots by taking different angles. For example you have a really cute Zara dress. You should include a photo of the back as well. You don’t have to repeat close up pictures because you can zoom

nami001 @yelanascloset Be as detailed as possible in your description. Include measurements: underarm to underarm, length & what the material is. Offer styling advice as well. Take pictures as if there are no pictures and take pictures as if there was no description. The more detailed you are, the better as buyers won’t have to ask you questions and can make a decision right away. I hope that makes sense

nami001 Oops I means take pictures as if there was no description and write a description as if there where no pictures. Try to include the whole item in the photo. If you have an iPhone, the square photo option is perfect. You’re off to a good start with a cute closet. I’m not sure how Canada works but in the US we don’t have free pick up because there would be no record of you shipping the item. The post office has to scan the tracking in order for Posh to know the item was sent

nami001 Once the tracking shows delivered, the buyer has 3 days to accept the order. Once accepted, Posh will release your funds. I’m sorry I got off track from your question.
