yleku @polkadotposherm no it stated it was delivered on the 24th so not sure what’s going on there...It stated you hadn’t accepted the delivery until today so I assumed you maybe just picked it up from the post office or something? I would definitely contact PoshMark because it said delivered.

yleku @polkadotposherm wow I really hope the delivery company didn’t just leave it there! That’s horrible I’m so sorry. I hope you actually do receive it and it’s just a mix up. :( Hopefully Posh looks into the tracking further with the delivery company because that’s not fair

There was a glitch so I didn’t actually accept that it was delivered but the page automatically somehow did it. Anyways, there should be insurance for this. I looked into it just with the frequently asked questions. Thanks so much for your concern!

polkadotposherm @yleku oh no don’t worry. Honestly this is the longest a package has been lost with my experience on poshmark in over 60 sales. I’ve had two experiences where the package didn’t get delivered and was tracked pretty quickly. This is definitely not looking good but I’m still hopeful!! And don’t worry... this isn’t common so you can definitely keep selling with poshmark. Don’t let it stop you! Lol. Like I said I’m hopeful... starting to get worried it won’t show... but still hopeful! :)

polkadotposherm @yleku so poshmark finally replied with my tracking number. The bag is apparently in the community mailbox. But I was not given a key for the second time. It arrived on the 24th, was sent back and then arrived again on the 29th but the person delivering it isn’t putting the key in my mailbox. I just called Canada post a few minutes ago and they said only the sender can contact them now because it’s been too long for the buyer to open an investigation.

polkadotposherm @yleku honestly It’s poshmark they should be doing this as they’re technically the sender and usually sort out sending/post issues. I’m actually shocked at how bad their customer service has been. It took them 7 days to even reply to my email saying that bag was lost and now two days and counting to reply to my email back. I’m really hesitant to buy anything expensive from poshmark again.

polkadotposherm Basically you’d just call Canada post and give them the tracking number and say that you’re the seller and want to start an investigation.
