yolianaiss @kelgarcia13 You accepted the purchase upon delivery it gave you 3 days and you accepted it. There is no way to tell now that you did not drop it after receipt. This is why poshmark gives you 3 days after delivery to say something. Unfortunately that is unfair to me as a seller that you have decided to speak up about this a week later. If you had said something within the 3 days of delivery I would have taken care of you no problem dear. But you accepted the delivery and said nothing.

kelgarcia13 @yolianaiss I never click on accept purchase. im out of town due 2 covid exp. daughter open it 4 me. it was gift 4 her. can u imagine disappointment? packaged poorly. shadows are smashed & huge mess. not like photos. sorry if unfair to you. had difficulty msg u. new to poshmark. very sad about full situation

I can only offer advice to you to please say something to whoever you buy from once delivered quickly. Im so sorry. Please understand my position dear. You truly had 3 days.

kelgarcia13 @yolianaiss terrible customer service. I do not understand about this 3 day thing. the bottom line is product is not what shows in the pictures. sorry. this is ridiculous. whether its 1 day or 5 days..end result is product has major damage & did not arrive as described.

yolianaiss @kelgarcia13 I’m really sorry your upset. But again after it was accepted, there is nothing I can do. I do not refund after 3 days because that is posh’s time frame for customers to say something. If something arrives broken thats what those 3 days are for. I do not know if you dropped it and therefore I cannot be liable.
