gidy_up Just saw your comments - while my description did not say worn once - it did not state there was a hole in the leggings, and I did not realize there was one. I apologize for this over sight - and am happy to provide a full refund.

gidy_up @spazmahtazz - If you’ll re-read my listing, it says: - good condition (washed with Hex detergent and air-dried) -still have hang tag -original price $75 Nothing implied they were worn once. I was honest about their condition and not misleading. I never noticed a hole & I looked them over and updated condition before selling. I am a new seller, just learning the ropes. From what I read you need to file a claim against me. I’m sorry.

spazmahtazz @gidy_up yes you are correct - 72 hours have gone by and I did accepted it. I just didn’t look at them until today. My bad. How about you ping me if you have any xs pants in your closet again? I’m a little thing with a fit, muscular body. :)
