lmchie @1princesscloyd hello I'm a little puzzled about your comments you left me? I packaged the backpack in a cute tissue paper,curly ribbon,thank you note. I put it in a plastic bag so it wouldn't get ruined. Also the item was not dirty. the inside was that color in the pic the way I purchased it new. Sorry for the late delivery. I put it in the mail that very next day. I hope to hear for you soon. I take much pride in my items that I sell so I hope you will reconsider your rating on me.
