Thanks for going from a 5 star rating down to a 1 star for NO reason at all. The dress had no stains on it when I shipped it to you and I'm sure the only reason you gave me a poor rating is because I told someone else that you did not attempt to accept my dress when it arrived. This is really sad on your part that you would do this to someone.

I didn't accept your order because my little son was very ill and I was in hospital ! You waited 3 days! And a waited the dress , the girl didn't sent to me 10 days or more! I lost time , I needed it and hoped for it for an important evening ! Unfortunately the seller was unreliable and didn't sent it to me during 2 weeks ! Sorry for your 3 days ! P.s - dress was really dirty

@sevosty the seller has up to 7 days to ship anything. You should have taken this into consideration when you purchased, plus the wait period for standard shipping. My dress was not dirty when I shipped it to you. It was in the original bag I got from the bridal store I bought it from and has never came out of it other than to take photos.

@sevosty I am sorry about your son and the wait, but I simply do not believe that my dress was that dirty. It can be dry cleaned.
