huntresstrove Hi Yvanna, I am truly sorry that you have not received your sweater. I dropped it off at Canada Post on Sunday Nov. 21st at 3:23 pm, but it looks as though the item was not scanned into their system properly. I am filing a lost package claim to Canada Post. If the sweater does find it’s way to you at some point, please let me know so that I can cancel the claim. I am truly sorry for the trouble. 😔

huntresstrove @yvanna33 They found it!!! 🥳👏How it got all the way from Toronto to Alberta without being scanned properly at some point along it’s journey (and how it got lost along the way) is a bit beyond me, but Canada Post figured it out. I want to thank you so much for your patience - I hope that the sweater makes it to you quickly & that you enjoy it! ❤️❤️❤️
