Hi Yvette! You purchased a Puma Duffle bag from me earlier today. I threw the bag in the washer, cuz it was dusty from being in my closet. What a mistake! Maybe the water was too hot; the bottom/inside "melted" (?) - the fabric interior is stuck together & now, the bag isnt straight. I dont want to send this to you & you get upset, b/c this bag WAS like new. I'm going to cancel the order, and offer my apology. I don't want to put you thru the heartache of getting a damaged item. Sorry!!!
