ishop_there4iam @yje68 Hi. I’m not sure if you can see my comment on the case you opened, so I just wanted to reach out to you. I am so sorry for the mistake on the listing. I did not realize there was a typo in the size. I am sure you were disappointed and I feel awful. I acknowledged the mistake so hopefully Poshmark will issue a refund to you straight away.

ishop_there4iam @yje68 I received this email today: Dear Mary, We wanted to let you know that the buyer has opened up an "Order Not As Described" case for your recent sale, "NWT $295 - Vince Skinny Cargo Pants". The buyer reported that the size of the item is different than the size in the listing.

ishop_there4iam @yje68 When a buyer reports an issue, we ask them to provide us with photo proof showing how the item does not match the listing description. Upon review, we either approve or deny the case. If we approve the buyer's case, they will return the order back to you for a refund. If we deny the buyer's case, we will release your earnings and a return will not be available.

ishop_there4iam So it seems as though you will be issued a refund and they will just want you to ship the pants back to me because I did not dispute your claim. Again, I am really sorry about this. In fact, the same thing happened to me yesterday with a dress I ordered online. I was so excited to get it and then disappointed that it wasn’t what I had ordered. So I understand the disappointment and I apologize.
