I had not idea the jacket had zipper problems. Please accept my sincere apology. It was not the right size when I purchased it and never wore it. @poshinsanity package had to be stuck somewhere to take so long so and to delivered without even tracking update was unexpected. I did learn from Ribkoff folks about special zippers like the top down bottom ups. Jumping one tooth and it's over. They gave me some cautionary advise to help me as a buyer and you as a seller too (from heart ache and returns) and that is if I like something I should ask if the zipper is working before buying. I am sorry too. I will not send back as you advised.
