totopuff Good afternoon, I am messaging you in reference to the gray cashmere shrug. The shrug was in perfect condition except for one issue. The back of the neck on the outside at the very top it looked like it was fraying. I went to Hobby Lobby and bought a tray stop product. They said it would work perfectly and not make the fabric stiff . Well, it made the fabric on the outside of the back of the neck stiff, and the underneath will be stiff. (Continued)

totopuff Part II: I did cancel the transaction so that I would not hold your money up. If you were interested in the shrug, it is beautiful and you could just put a tiny piece of something soft underneath the spot on the inside of the neck. I will not sell anything unless it is in perfect condition. What I would like to do, if you would like to shrug is offer it to you for $15. I can re-list it.
