Hi. I have been tracking your snake ring. It is currently in the Regional Distribution Center in Kansas City, KS. I have a Mountain View, CA address for you. Do you have a forcing order in place? There is no indication in the tracking information that you do. If you now live in KS, your ring will be delivered by 8PM tomorrow. If you did not have your mail forwarded, I have contacted Poshmark with the problem and they will be in touch with both of us.

I contacted Poshmark as soon as I saw your ring was in Kansas. They have an option covering this issue, so I am sure it is not that uncommon. Maybe their computer sneezed and spit out the wrong tracking number. They'll contact me tomorrow or by Wed, at the latest. Tomorrow I'll stop by my post office and talk to them. I've had a delivery problem before and they can track the package better than I can. I will keep you informed of what I find out. It is such a cool ring!

Hello again! I talked to the postmaster this afternoon. He says the post office made the mistake with the tracking number and they have caught it. Your snake should arrive tomorrow or Thursday...no later than Friday! Thank you for being so patient!

Hi! I am terribly sorry but I made a mistake. I don't know how it happened but the price for the Monet necklace with abalone piece is not $10. It was $42 and has never been posted at $10. Obviously I am responsible but I cannot complete your order. I can substitute other items for that amount and will ensure your satisfaction.
