kajasso @skullee Hi! I'm so sorry you're having trouble! Don't give up on Posh support, they usually take about 2- 3 days to answer back :) I'm not sure of the exact situation, but if you have credit pending from any sales, it only becomes available after the buyer receives and accepts the item.

skullee @kajasso hi...thx for getting back...before i even started a closet i was buying from here...then i decided to start a closet a couple of weeks ago...so now I've made some sales & yes the buyers accepted & my pending balance is now an active balance...i noticed however that the credit card i had used before when i was buying is no longer in this account cuz i was going to use it to buy like i did before..it's gone & there's no place where to add one

kajasso @anns01 Bummer! So, the official Posh rule is that after 7 days, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Under the "My Purchases" tab, click on the order and when that pulls up, you should see a drop down that says "Problems/Order Inquiry." The option to cancel will automatically become available under that tab after the 7 day period ends. If YOU don't cancel, Posh will after 14 days of non- shipment.

kajasso @anns01 If it makes you feel any better, Posh starts sending warning emails to the seller after 5 days :( I'm sorry! That's not a great first experience- Were you communicating with her up until the purchase? Or was it something you bought outright?

anns01 @kajasso communication till purchase and then yesterday she finally replied said shed get it out yesterday and I still haven't received any tracking number or anything just that a label was created. She said her mom has breast cancer, which I apologized for that. But when you tell someone when they purchase you'll ship right away then I expect now if she would of explained the situation and said it might be a couple days it wouldn't be such a big deal.

kajasso @anns01 I hear you! And, in all honesty, that's what she should have done, despite the circumstances... IF she shipped yesterday, then there is a chance the tracking # hasn't updated yet. It usually takes 12- 24 hrs or so, depending on her post office. I'd keep an eye on it, and if it hasn't updated by tomorrow, I'd cancel-

Thanks- I'm excited" or whatever to start a convo. You can also check love notes, etc. to see who you're buying from and get an idea of their track record.
