Merona XS royal blue dress. It has a faux wrap top, a ruffled skirt, it is super cute, and very trendy! I only wore it once to work, unfortunately it doesn’t fit me anymore :( It is in excellent condition, no flaws. It is made of polyester, and has a little shine to it.
