This SHEIN mini dress has two layers— mesh with textured polka dots and a silk-like slip. The sleeves have a bit of a puff to them, and the chest has really pretty ruffles that add the to retro style. The color of the dress is a very gorgeous muted blush cream color that will look great on any skin tone.
This dress has never been worn and comes in the original SHEIN bag!
