I love this dress but I'm over tight clothing. This is made to cling to your body and it fits like a mini-dress. It is mesh, and slightly see-through, but very flattering if you're not an out-of-shape 55 year old like me. It has big, bell sleeves that flutter in the breeze and a mock turtleneck. It's light as air and cute as either a base layer, on its own, or over something else. It's turquoise and pink with a retro vibe.
