@rachelbloch92 is this size PS, as opposed to a full size 6?
any strings or toggles to hold the hood up? any flaws?

hi @ipmi yes, it's marked as a petite size, but fits pretty close to a regular size 6. The main difference between it and a full size 6 (in my opinion) is the arm length. There are no ties to the hood, but the hood is rimmed with an elastic band to keep it on your head (as can be seen in the photos). No flaws in the coat!
