This bag is excellent. I have used it through countless trips and it still looks new. There is a bit of wear on the handles but there is a new never used longer strap. It is clean, pet and smoke free and rest of bag has little to no wear. Great for work, holds laptop and tablet in specific pockets. Has key chain strap inside and cell pocket outside. Perfect for office use!
