Hi. is color dark or light teal? true to size?

@rosaecastro76 I would say it is a darker teal, maybe slightly lighter though than the picture when in direct sunlight.
It fits true to size. I typically wear a size 8-10 and it fits, but is a little snug when buttoned up.
