See pit to pit measurements at 18” it has several linear pulls, the fabric is still flat but there is a white stitch line visible see photos (right neck, ruching, waist, right hip and along the back of the dress left and right) unfortunately I also received it this way from Saks but this dress has so much going on pattern-wise no one will notice. Lined with a high slit.
