Chest about 36" inches around. No stretch. Waist could accommodate bigger sizes because it's flared out but it's the Chest that would be small! Says polyester, looks like a Chiffon type. A bit see thru. Black fringe on bottom. I could see it with some boots and maybe a cowboy hat. Has a cute country feel to it. Length about 34" inches with the fringe included. Good condition. Was pre-owned, maybe worn a few times, but I never got wear it myself.

entite @magicianhisoka Sorry, I kept getting an extremely low offer on it, so I listed it on another site and it sold. But I might have some other Liz Lisa items I'll be putting up. Gotta dig them all out from closet.
