marandawhiting @marilew I would say depends on how you want it to fit. I’m normally a small or medium depending on brand/fit. I took my larger of the two sizes for a more relaxed fit.

marandawhiting @marilew I should note I am 5’10” so I often times take a larger size for arm length etc. I could have done a small too for a more traditional fit.
