This is an embroidered medium size dress I purchased from ModCloth. The skirt portion is lined and has a bit of tulle to give the skirt a fuller look. It creates a nice fit and flare silhouette. The only flaw I could find is a little loose thread as noted in the last photo. Approximate measurements: Bust: 16" Hips: 22" Length: 35" 11 1/2" between straps
