Champaign/Ivory lace dress. Sits slightly off shoulders, tea length skirt, has tulle petticoat (attached to dress). 3/4 length sleeves of lace. If you want the lace over the chest to stay flat you can use starch (I did not). I've seen lots of women use this as a wedding dress and a prom dress and I personally think it's lovely for any event. It's pretty comfortable to wear and the padded chest means you don't need to pair it with a bra.
