Modern Times ladies trench coat

This coat is in good condition. There is two rips on the inseam. I'm not sure how they got there. The holes are pictured above. It says size 7 but I'm listing it as a extra small. I usually wear a small/medium and I can't button this jacket up. It measures 28 inches around the chest and 27 inches around the waist.
