Modest Harold's Blue and Green Long Skirt Size 0

Modest Fully lined blue and green print skirt from Harold's. size 0, fabric has no stretch. Very pretty skirt with a flutter/bias cut hem. See pics for a few small stains and the hook closures need a little mend. Waist lying flat measures right at 13 inches (no bigger/no stretch). And length is about 35 inches.
