Good used condition Moms On Call 0-6 months basic baby care book and official swaddle blanket to follow their swaddling method. Book was wonderful for starting my babes on a sleep schedule to give everyone the gift of solid sleeping skills. Book includes sleep and feeding schedules by age and lots of FYIs for the many many newborn questions. Book does have a coffee stain on some pages, but it does not obscure any text or affect the usability of the book. Swaddle blanket has some slight pilling but still in good condition and provides the right grip for the swaddling technique.
